Pax Mondial is pleased to announce the acquisition of ex+med, a UK based medical services company. Exmed is a world leader in the provision of remote medical services.
As owners and Directors of ex+med, Ged Healy and Dai Jones have built an exceptional business over the past 6 years with an unsurpassed reputation in their sector and will bring that experience to the broader Pax Mondial Management team.
This acquisition completes a central pillar in Pax Mondial’s strategy to provide integrated stabilization, development and capacity building services to the global market.
The acquisition of ex+med is the fourth acquisition/investment made by Pax Mondial over the past two years. ex+med will continue to operate in its own name as one of the Pax Mondial Group of companies.

Pax Mondial is pleased to announce the completion of the Counter Narcotics Police of Afghanistan (CNP-A) headquarters in Kabul. The Pax Mondial construction team supplied, built and connected to infrastructure 86 prefabricated units that included the Tactical Operations Centre, men’s and women’s accommodation blocks, a gym, an IT center, a mosque, office buildings, an ablution block, laundry facilities, a PX and a guard room block.

Pax Mondial is pleased to announce the acquisition of DCS Group Construction (Africa) which has strong past performance and a proven track record in camp construction services including prefabricated units, catering and military camp supply services. This acquisition will increase our ability to provide a comprehensive suite of support and construction services in post-conflict theatres. Camp construction services are currently available in a number of African countries.
